Shaker Inn

The Shaker Inn, built in 1869, is perhaps one of the most beautiful buildings in our country.  The Shakers were known for their extraordinary architecture which evolved into some of the finest examples of Federal style architecture known.  It is once again a lovely inn and one can spend the night and have breakfast there.  A link to the Shaker web site can be found on the home page of this web site.
